  • What will I need to open an account?

    You will need documentation verifying legal name, permanent street address, Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN), and date of birth. Examples of acceptable forms of ID include: State Driver's License, State-Issued ID, Military ID, or Valid Passport.

  • Where can I find my bank account number and bank routing number?

    Your account number and routing number can be found at the bottom of your Ciera Bank account checks. The Ciera Bank routing number is 111905227.

  • What account types Ciera Bank offer?

  • How do I register for Mobile Banking?

    In order to utilize Mobile Banking, please follow these steps:
    1. Visit the App Store or Google Play Store and search for “Ciera Bank Mobile Banking”
    2. Download the app and sign-in using your online banking credentials (if you need assistance, please contact your local branch)
  • How do I mobile deposit a check?

    In order to mobile deposit a check, please follow these steps:
    1. Log in to Ciera Bank Mobile Banking Application
    2. Select "Deposit" on the bottom of the screen
    3. Select "Deposit Check"
    4. Enter account number and check amount
    5. Select "Take Photos"
    6. Allow access to your phone's camera, place check on dark surface, and ensure the area is well-lit
    7. Follow the on-screen instructions to capture the check image (PLEASE NOTE: You must use black ink only and include "For Mobile Deposit Only Ciera Bank" or "FMDO Ciera Bank" under your endorsement)
  • How to transfer funds using the mobile app:

    In order to perform a transfer in the app, please follow these steps:
    1. Log in to Ciera Bank Mobile Banking Application
    2. Select "Transfers" on the bottom of the screen
    3. Select "Make an Internal Transfer"
    4. Select the "From" and "To" accounts (PLEASE NOTE: You must own more than one Ciera Bank account to perform an internal transfer)
    5. Enter the transfer amount
    6. Select "Continue"
    7. Verify the amount and accounts selected and select "Make Transfer"
  • How to enroll in online banking notifications via Notifi:

    In order to receive real-time notifications on all account activity, please follow these steps:
    1. Using a desktop computer, log in to you online banking portal.
    2. You may be directed to accept the new Terms & Conditions associated with Notifi service.
    3. Once on your home page, find the "Alerts" section at the top of your page and click "Enroll".
    4. Enter or update any email addresses or phone numbers that you would like enrolled in the notification service.
    5. Navigate to "Alert Options" and begin choosing and turning on which notifications you would like the receive.
    6. You may turn any of the notification options On or Off at any time just by logging in and navigating to "Manage Alerts".

  • What does Ciera Bank charge to replace ATM/Debit Cards?

    There is a $5.00 fee to replace lost or stolen Bank Cards.

  • What are Ciera Bank’s wire transfer fees?
    • Incoming Wires are $10.00
    • Outgoing Domestic Wires are $20.00
    • Outgoing International wires are $75.00
